“Heti” means home in the Dakota language. Our founder, Dana, is a descendant of the Sisseton Wahpeton and Mdewakanton Dakota tribes. She was inspired by her grandfather’s legacy of farming, foraging, and living in harmony with nature. Heti is rooted in Indigenous heritage, wellness traditions, and the feeling of being at home on the land.

Unlike many THC seltzers or cannabis beverages on the market, Heti is crafted with all-natural ingredients and plant-based botanicals that enhance both flavor and function. Every can is low-calorie, low-carb, and designed to promote relaxation without overwhelming effects. Heti is a low-dose hemp based  drink, so the effects are mild, balanced, and approachable. Most people describe feeling calm, uplifted, and relaxed. Because everyone’s body responds differently, we recommend starting with one can to see how you feel. Effects can take 15–60 minutes to set in and last for around 1–3 hours.

If you’re new to THC beverages, we recommend starting slow with 1 can or less, to see how your body responds. Because Heti is low-dose, it’s also great for social settings where you may want to sip more than one throughout the night. Many people with a higher tolerance are able to enjoy multiple cans and find that the effects stay balanced, uplifting, and fun. Everyone’s body is different, so listen to yours and pace yourself for the best experience.

We don’t recommend mixing Heti with alcohol. Our beverages are intentionally crafted as a healthier, hangover-free alternative to drinking.
