How to Make Sleepy Time Moon Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Heti Meadow Cat Nap

  • 4 oz chamomile tea (brewed, then cooled slightly)

  • ½ oz raw honey (or maple syrup for a richer note)

  • 1–2 fresh mint leaves

  • Optional: lemon twist for brightness

Instructions:

  1. Brew chamomile tea and stir in honey while warm. Let cool slightly.

  2. Pour tea into a mug for a warm sip, or over ice for a chilled version.

  3. Top with a can of Meadow Cat Nap.

  4. Stir gently and garnish with mint or lemon.
